House in Funtana with Terrace, Garden and Barbecue

This little bungalow for three people is in the midst of a quiet, 500m² garden and is in the coastal village of Funtana. The separate, detached holiday house was built in the garden of the owner’s house, has its own separate entrance and is the right choice for guests who would like to spend a relaxing seaside holiday. The house is just 250 metres from the nearest beach and it is just 300 metres to the centre.

The holiday house provides 45m² of living space and can accommodate three adults or two adults and two children. The living room, which has air conditioning, provides a sitting area with a sofa bed (140 x 200cm) and satellite TV. Two children can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed, or one adult. In the middle of the room there is the dining space with a table and four chairs. Behind it there is the kitchen unit with an electric hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and filter coffee machine. The bedroom has a cupboard, desk with a chair and a double bed (160 x 200cm). The bathroom has a shower, bidet and hairdryer. The bedroom and the bathroom have heating. A washing machine is available in the adjoining room in the bungalow.

The terrace provides garden furniture, a parasol and two loungers. The garden is fenced and therefore also suitable for children. There is plenty of space to play or simply to relax, both in the shade and in the sun. There is a barbecue, so in the evenings you can grill and sit together. Parking spaces are available on site.

It is only 250 metres to the nearest beach (pebble, stone and concrete). Within a kilometre you can find various beaches, also those suitable for children. It is about 300 metres to the centre with several restaurants and shops. You can find a range of sports (all water sports, tennis, well signposted cycle routes) and entertainment. You can go on a variety of trips, for example to the nearby Vrsar, where Casanova stopped twice, to Poreč with its lovely mosaics in the Euphrasius basilica, or to Grožnjan, the artists’ town, or Rovinj, the so-called ‘little Venice’ and Pula with the imposing Roman amphitheatre.

    “Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub im Oktober gehabt. Positiv: Der Bungalow liegt in einem sehr schönen Garten. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und dennoch in unmittelbarer Nähe zum wunderschönen Strand..Auch geht der Radweg kurz hinter dem eigenen Parkplatz vorbei. Für Unternehmungen eine perfekte Ausgangslage. Mit Fahhrad bestückt, kann man weitgehend auf das Auto verzichten!
    Die Vemieterin ist sehr freundlich und vor Ort. Beim Bezug fand man alles in einem guten Zustand und sehr sauber vor, da die Vermieterin großen Wert darauf legt.”
