Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine, a dryer and an iron. The large dining table in the living room offers comfortable seating for eight people. From here you can enjoy stunning views over the northern coast, the Teide and the Atlantic Ocean. The two master bedrooms have been tastefully furnished with quality beds (180 x 200 cm) and are equipped with a Swiss-Flex system; the children's bedroom is furnished with a 90 x 200 cm bunk bed and is adjacent to one of the master bedrooms. The bathroom is en suite and has a level access, large shower. The second bathroom boasts a shower tub. Towels and beach towels, as well as a blow dryer are supplied. A small stereo, German TV programs and several DSL internet access points are available throughout the house and accessible free of charge.
The large garden with typical, regional plants, offers a heated pool (8 x 4 meters) and an outdoor shower and sun loungers. There are several furnished patios for your enjoyment. Since the villa faces southwest, you can enjoy breath-taking sunsets and views of Spain's tallest mountain, the Teide. Enjoy the views of the lights along the northern coast at night. From the garden, you have amazing views over the Teide (3718 m), Puerto de la Cruz and the Atlantic Ocean. Road side parking is available in front of the property.
