Apartments on a holiday complex very close to the beach on the Adriatic coast

The guesthouse is by the beach promenade at Cupra Marittima, with only a little shaded garden separating it from the beach. It offers two-room and three-room apartments with a balcony and sea view.

The reception is open every Saturday from 8.00 to 20.00. On other days of the week somebody is available on request to answer any queries. There are a bicycle rental and a roofed private parking area just 400 metres away. Owing to a cooperation with the manager of the private beach “Il Porticciolo” opposite the house, guests can sunbeds and umbrellas for rent cheaper. The nearbuse this free of charge. It also has a well-priced beach restaurant and a bar for relaxed momeny beach “Alta Marea” offers soft sand and clean water, as well as a nice restaurant with a bar and many irresistible culinary options for your day on the beach.

Cupra Marittima is a small seaside resort in the Marche region. Together with the municipalities of Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto (which it is connected to via a lovely cycle path), it forms the “Riviera delle Palme”, the palm riviera, awarded the Blue Flag since 1997. This European environmental certification recognises e.g. beaches that have particular environmental qualities, services and water quality. The Riviera delle Palme has earned this certification because of its long stretches planted with palms, oleander, palms and bougainvillea, giving this stretch of coast its special natural charm and framing the kilometre-long, soft sandy beaches. This pleasant and family-friendly holiday resort is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The well-equipped beaches and the clean, flatly shelved sea attract families with children, as well as older people looking for a quiet holiday residence. The area around Cupra Marittima, which has been inhabited since medieval times, is also known for the ruins of the old Sant’Andreas castle (12th century), in the Marano area that lies higher up, or the San Basso monastery church. Nature explorers will be interested in the Museo Malacologico Piceno, a permanent exhibition of shells and crustaceans from all around the world. Within the municipal area there is also an archaeological park with excavations from Roman and pre-Roman times, whose finds are exhibited in the municipal museum.

This type of apartment can accommodate two to four people. It provides at least 35m² plus a balcony and consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a cooking niche (with an electric hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment), a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and WC.

All the apartments also provide air conditioning, a balcony with a sea view, satellite TV in the living room and in the bedrooms, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

    “Direkte Strandlage(50m bis zum Sand), umzäunter großer Spielplatz(10m vom Haus). 390€ vom 29.05.-05.06.23. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert, hat 3 Balkone, Küche mit Geschirr&Besteck und ein bisschen von allem. 2 Fernseher, keine Badewanne aber Dusche, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer mit Klammmern, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, mittelgroßer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, KEIN Backofen(hatten unseren eigenen zum Glück dabei)Reinigungsutensilien(Eimer,Besen...)WLAN. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig(Tigre Supermercado) Essen entweder selber machen, ist günstiger oder eher eine Pizza (8€)(nähe Polizeistation, 200m)genießen aber nicht in den Buden am Strand entlang. Davon wird eher abgeraten! Der Service bereits bei der Buchung und Anreise war sehr zuverlässig und freundlich. Die Abreise und die Rückgabe der Wohnung waren schnell gemacht und es gab keine Probleme bei der Kautionsrückgabe(150€). Fazit: mit 3 Kindern und Selbstversorgung ist diese Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank an das Personal!”
