Only recently lovingly refurbished (2017), eco friendly country houses with a garden and a pool (newly built 2018) in the midst of a lovely natural landscape
The country houses are nestled onto the southern slopes of Monti Pisani, an environmentally protected region of breathtaking natural beauty, amidst terraced olive groves, fruit trees, birds and wild flowers. They are on a hill and are accessed along a private and curved road through the beautiful village of Pugnano, affording a wonderful view of the forest, the fields, Pisa and the Mediterranean in the background.
Only recently in 2018, new extra solar panels were added so this offering is even more eco-friendly. Each house has its own front entrance and they are independent duplex houses, each with their own outdoor area. Each house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. They can each accommodate six people comfortably and so are suitable for families and friends. The environmentally friendly houses have a shared pool with a variety of terraces, one with paving and the other with decking. Here you can find sun loungers, a pergola providing shade, an outdoor shower, and a table with chairs. Enjoy the great view from here over the wide landscape of the Pisa valley.
They can be rented together (twelve persons) or individually (six persons).
Fast WiFI that works both inside and outside the houses - and is completely free of charge. Plenty of parking spaces are provided. Electricity for both houses is supplied entirely through solar energy. The water comes from a natural spring and the pool is also filled with it.
Country house with a roofed terrace and balconies
The holiday house is on two floors and can accommodate six people. The colour scheme in the interior is relaxing and the floors consist of terracotta tiles. The ground floor has a fully-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a dining table with chairs. It also has a fireplace and there are two more in the living room, which also has a sofa suite with sofas and armchairs, bookshelves, lighting, satellite TV, a DVD player and a CD/radio/MP3 player. The first floor has two spacious bedrooms with a wardrobe, lighting, chairs and decorated walls, with a combination of single and double beds. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The main bathroom on the first floor has a shower bath, bidet, washbasin and toilet.
In front of the house there is a roofed terrace with a table and chairs. The bedrooms open onto the balconies, which afford a breathtaking view.
The owners have only recently (2018) interior designed the internal decor in both farmhosues to a higher standard.
