It measures a spacious 150m² and comprises four bedrooms, with a total of two double beds (200 x 160cm) and five single beds (90 x 200cm). There are also three double sofa beds (160 x 200cm). The air-conditioned living room with access to the balcony provides sofas, a coffee table and satellite TV. Right next to it there is the kitchen with an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave and dining table. The kitchen also opens onto the balcony. Big windows allow plenty of daylight into both rooms. The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, as well as a washing machine.
It is about a kilometre to the seaside. There are cafés, restaurants and shops in Kaštel Sućurac, which is about 800 metres away.
