Holiday home with a patio and a garden in Port Greve holiday park on Grevelingen
This holiday home, a corner house, is located on the Port Greve holiday park in Brouwershaven/Den Osse, only 400 meters from Lake Grevelingen. It is only 2.5 km from the North Sea.
The 90 m², two storey house offers room for up to five people. The ground floor hallway grants access to the bathroom and the living room with open plan kitchen and dining room. The living room boasts a cosy sofa in front of the flat screen television, a sofa bed from two, an armchair and a wardrobe. The adjacent dining room is furnished with a table and five upholstered chairs. The kitchen is fully furnished, including a microwave and a dishwasher. A winding staircase leads to the top floor, where the two bedrooms can be found. Both bedrooms have a balcony. The large bedroom can accommodate an extra double bed, stored in the hallway. The double bed has two 80 x 200 cm single mattresses. The foldaway bed measures 60 x 180 cm. The smaller bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe, a dresser with a flat screen television and a 160 x 200 cm bed. All furnishings were replaces in 2013 and are in mint condition. All rooms are equipped with heating.
Outside you will find a large, furnished patio, embedded in flower beds and roses. The garden can be closed off street side, making it safe for kids.
The garden shed houses three bicycles, available to you. The property is fully fenced in. Furthermore, the house offers private parking. An additional parking space is reserved on a parking lot about ten meters from the house.
