This spacious 120m² maisonette apartment is in a perfect location for exploring Athens, right at the heart of the Mediterranean metropolis. The safe and quiet Plaka district is one of the oldest districts at the foot of the Acropolis, which is just a short walk from the apartment.

Wide stairs lead up to the gallery, with an air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room with two comfortable sofas and a matching armchair, a glass coffee table, a flatscreen TV and a dining table with six chairs.
