    “Das Haus macht bei der Ankunft einen sehr guten Eindruck. Bei genauem Hinschauen haben wir dann eine fettige Rückwand über dem Ofen gesehen, auch die Edelstahlflächen an Mikrowelle, Ofen und Spülmaschine waren voller Fingerabdrücke und Putzstreifen. Im Schlafzimmer fanden wir auf den Bettdecken Urinflecken. Die Matratzen in manchem Zimmer waren nicht mehr zumutbar und auch die Kopfkissen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war unbequem und dort war nur Platz für höchstens drei Personen. Die Duschen in den Bädern sind alt und der Einstieg für ältere Menschen viel zu hoch. Ansonsten gab es in allen Schränken genügend Platz für seine Sachen. Was wir leider nicht nicht fanden, sind Putzmittel. Es gab weder einen Putzlappen um mal den Tisch oder die Spüle abzuwischen, noch gab es Tabs für die Spülmaschine. Es gab auch kein Mittel für die Spüle, noch für das Kochfeld.
