The two-room apartment of 42m² on the ground floor, with a separate entrance from the terrace, is in a sunny location on a slope.
The light and comfortably furnished living room has an electric fireplace, inviting you to spend leisurely and relaxing evenings. The stereo system will provide the musical backdrop. You could also relax in front of the flatscreen TV. A sofa bed and a supplementary bed are also in the living room. The well-equipped kitchen provides a built-in stove, ceramic hob, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, hand mixer and tea towels. The kitchen is part of the living room. The bedroom with a big double bed (200 x 200cm) is next to it. The bathroom has a shower, WC and hand and shower towels. Wireless Internet access is included in the rental price, as well as over 70 attractions such as the ski pass, free entry to swimming pools, such as at Titisee, bus and train journeys in the region, in the ski resort or to Freiburg.
The whole house is non-smoking, so smoking is only permitted on the terrace.
Tennis courts, a minigolf course, a ski bus stop and a children’s playground are about five minutes away. Falkau is between the lakes Titisee and Schluchsee, near the Windgfällweiher and with many walking trails nearby. Shopping facilities, as well as a little ski lift, are 2km away. You can get to the Feldberg ski resort within ten minutes, or 20 minutes by ski bus. It is recommended to arrive by car.
