Holiday house with a big terrace and a garden

The villa is approx. 300 m from Gonia - a quiet place not overcrowded by tourists near Rethymno (8 km). There are 2 bungalows on the property that are used privately and the villa. There are only olive trees on the neighboring properties (quiet location). Perfect for all those who do not like to stay in overcrowded hotels, especially in these difficult times, and still do not want to miss out on their well-deserved relaxing vacation. You can stay to yourself in this quiet villa. The nearby beaches (8 km) also offer plenty of space and thus sufficient opportunities to keep a distance from other holidaymakers.

There is a large garden and a large terrace with a wonderful view of the "White Mountains". Two parking spaces are available for guests.

On the ground floor there is a double room and a shower / toilet, a very well equipped kitchen and the living room. Upstairs is a double room, a large bathroom with toilet and an office with a sofa bed. There is a washing machine in the basement.

It is about 65km to Chania airport and about 90km to Heraklion. It is about 300 metres to shopping facilities and restaurants.

You can hire a cleaning lady locally. If you would like to hire a car then the owners can help you.

    “Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist inmitten von Olivenbäumen gelegen. Das ist sehr schön, aber auch ein kleines Manko. Den Ort (Gonia) erreicht man nur über ca. 500m Feldweg. Dort gibt es außer einer Taverne und einem Minimarkt nicht viel. Bis zum nächsten Ort muss man auf jeden Fall mit dem Auto fahren. Es hat uns trotzdem sehr gut gefallen. Wer die Abgeschiedenheit mag wird sich rundum wohlfühlen.”

    “Very well situated house, clean with all facilities and a perfect place to discover the west of Crete. For a longer stay in the house we missed comfortable 'chilling places' although the terrasses are beautiful. Owner very helpful answering questions.”
