The 70 m² holiday flat is located on the second floor of a residential building, only a stone's throw from the beach. The house was renovated in 2014 and can accommodate four to five people.
The balcony can be accessed from the living room. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs and offers beautiful views of the ocean and the mountains. Street parking is available.
The holiday flat offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m) and the second one with a bunk bed (0.90 x 1.90 m) and an additional single bed (0.90 x 1.90 m). Both bedrooms are furnished with a wardrobe and from the master bedroom you can access the balcony. The bathroom, tiled in light colours, offers a shower, a sink and a toilet. The small kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave and a coffee maker. The living room is furnished with a foldable dining table and four chairs, a sofa and a television. A washing machine, a dryer and wireless internet access free of charge is at your disposal. Small dogs are permitted.
It is only 100 meters to the ocean and a few hundred meters to the supermarket and public transport. This bus stop services Barcelona (about 25 km) every ten minutes. It is about 1 km to the centre of town in Cabrera de Mar and restaurants. The apartment is ideal for a beach holiday and a visit to Barcelona.
