This Dalmatian stone house with a swimming pool is located in the hinterland of Dubrovnik and offers a quiet and comfortable holiday. In this idyllic setting on a large plot, with many Mediterranean plants and large stone terraces, you will surely find a favourite nook. The pool provides a welcome refreshment in the hot summer days. The interior is modern with tasteful furnishings. The ground floor houses the large living and dining area, a small library corner, a kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom and toilet and a laundry room. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, where the minimum ceiling height is 110 cm. There is a covered summer kitchen with barbecue on the terrace, where you can prepare delicious dishes and can taste the wines of this region under the shade of century-old trees. Below the house, there is also a typical tavern and wine bar. Imotica is a Dalmatian village, 10 minutes drive away from the sea and the nearest beach. Day trips to the islands of Peljesac and Korcula and the towns of Mostar and Medugorje are highly recommended. Do visit the historic city of Dubrovnik with many cultural and recreational activities. During your stay, you can take part in the process of producing essential oils, from plant collection to distillation at the local distillery. The landlords have their brand of natural cosmetics ARBOTEGA Dubrovnik, which are available in the holiday home.
