Spend your holiday in this luxurious apartment on waterfront in the Olpenitz Baltic Sea Resort. Enjoy a view of the sparkling water and passing sailboats from all the rooms of this apartment. Enjoy the view of marina and Baltic Sea in the south and the Schlei Bay that flows into the Baltic Sea on the northern side of this home. The balcony on the southern side is very spacious with high-end outdoor furniture and is ideal to relish your food under open sky. Cosy beach chairs are placed here, that provide a comfortable, panoramic view on windy days. You can enjoy a great view from here even on bad weather days. Also enjoy a view of the blue waters of Schlei from the pleasantly furnished and cosy living area. All the rooms, for instance, the dining area, modern kitchen, bedroom with a large bathtub provide a gorgeous view of water, gulls and boats. This holiday apartment in panoramic location not only provides a good measure of sunshine in summer, but also is ideal to enjoy the view of storm and waves from the cosy living room sofa in autumn and winter. This home is located on a spit of land in a row of houses.
This duplex apartment is spread over two floors (1st and 2nd). In addition to two bedrooms on the top floor, there is also a bathroom with massage jets in the large bathtub in the corner to relax. A special highlight of this home is the infrared sauna. You can relax in this sauna in its cosy warmth after a long day at sea and also relax in front of the cosy Scandinavian fireplace.
A small sandy beach is just a few metres away from the Baltic Sea Resort called Olpenitz and also a kilometre-long, DLRG maintained, Baltic Sea beach that stretches till Schönhagen is located nearby.
As the price system of this resort is very flexible, it is ideal for any range of price and any kind of holiday, such as, a spontaneous short trip, a long weekend, a long, relaxing summer holiday or a break in quieter seasons. These holiday homes in the Baltic Coast are very spacious and cosy.

***Please note that the Olpenitz Baltic Sea Resort is still under construction. Restaurants and cafes are not available and the access roads are not completely connected to the main routes. The direct view of Baltic Sea is naturally pristine, wonderful and priceless but some angles in a few areas (view of the mainland and view overlooking Schlei Bay) lack the view as the property is still under construction. The nearby area of these homes is the construction site and the property includes a temporary parking lot. Children must be carefully supervised due to the ongoing construction activities. Rental price is calculated based on the construction situation. Other discounts are excluded. ***
Baltic Sea is located near this home, but as the strength of the waves in the region have not yet been determined, this region is not officially open for swimming. There is a small bay located just 500 metres away and the kilometre-long Baltic Sea Beach that stretches till Schönhagen and maintained by DLRG is quickly accessible from here. The entire family can enjoy swimming in the shallow bay waters.
