PINTOR - Rustic Mallorquin town house,3 bedrooms, private pool in the heart of Caimari, Mallorca

House

Ca's Pintor is a typical Majorcian town house with is own special character. You enter the house through a heavy wooden door and are captured at first sight with the charm of this old but totally renovated house. In the open living/dining room the large dining table offers space for the whole family and the comfy sofa invites you to rest, have a glass of wine while you are watching the flames dancing in the open fire. Three steps lead down into the kitchen, fully equipped with all modern appliances and a breakfast table, she is the centre of the house. From here you have access to the first bathroom with shower.

Going up the 5/6 stairs to the mezzanine floor we find a quaint doble bedroom with a 160cm bed original wooden beams and a stonework wall. On the first floor we pass through a spacious doble bedroom with a 180cm bed which then leads into the main bedroom with a 180cm bed and its wooden floors and slanted wooden beams, stone wall and en suite bathroom with shower..

All rooms are with air conditioning.

Exterior

The glass Kitchen doors lead out to the garden with its covered terrace complete with chill out area and dining area. Equipped with BBQ, an outdoor covered bar with its stools and nice shady places to sit and lay down. An inviting 6m x 3m swimming pool&hellip.the quiet spot to relax. Enjoy the first sun rays with a refreshing swim in the pool in the mornings.

The laundry room is also accessible from the garden.

Just behind the house at approx 100m there is a public car park.

Location

Caimari is a village on the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains with lots of history and is well known for its olive groves and olive oil production. The house is situated right at the Plaça Major where you will find a children playground and where every Monday the weekly market is hold. The area around Caimari invites to biking and walking. The monastery LLuc is only 20 min away by car, Cala Vicenc 40 min and the beaches of Port de Pollensa, Alcúdia and Playa de Muro only 35 min.

NOTE: The fiestas of Caimari are always celebrated the week of the festival of the "mare de deu dagost" around August 15 and the house is near this square.

    “Wunderschöne alte Stadt-Finca - über 3 Ebenen. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Bei der vollständigen Ausstattung war es umso erstaunlicher, dass der Haartrockner vergessen worden war.

    Ein wirkliches Manko waren die Moskitos im Garten, die verhinderten, dass wir uns gerne im eigentlich wunderschönen Garten aufgehalten haben. Kaum war man draußen, wurde man völlig zerstochen. Hat den Genuss leider sehr stark eingeschränkt.”
