The lovely mobile home is in the holiday park “De Friese Wadden” in Friesland. The generous park is just 1.5km from the tidal flats. You can enjoy lovely distant views over the Friesland landscape here.
The holiday accommodation has modern and comfortable furnishing. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 x 190cm) and the other with two single beds (80 x 190cm). Apart from the bathroom with a shower and washbasin, there is also a separate WC. The fully-equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment. The mobile home also provides cable TV, a CD player, electric heating and hot water.
In the outdoor area there is a private parking space and a garden. The terrace has garden furniture and a parasol. The site measures around 180m² and is fenced, therefore also suitable for children. Dogs and smoking are not allowed.
The holiday park is new and includes a new swimming pool for adults and for children. The holiday park itself boasts a lovely swimming pond, ideal for cooling off on hot days and for children. You can use the tennis court and the restaurant awaits you with delicious meals. You can also find a Wi-Fi point and a launderette. The many amenities at the holiday park and its surroundings make it an ideal holiday destination for the whole family.
The surroundings are ideal for walks and cycle tours. Historical Friesland towns such as Franeker (ca. 6km) and Leeuwaarden (ca. 23km) are also worth a visit. Tzummarum lies in a very characteristic area of the Netherlands, in an authentic part of Friesland. It is a tranquil little village with around 1500 inhabitants and pretty little brick houses in picturesque surroundings. The nearby Franeker is known as the oldest university town in the Netherlands and has a town centre with good shops, museums and a range of cafes and restaurants. The harbour town Harlingen with ferry connections to Vlieland and Terschelling, as well as a sandy beach, is just 15 minutes by car from Tzummarum and is also worth a visit. There is also a lovely sandy beach in Makkum, about 20 minutes away.
