Holiday accommodation in a quiet location, consisting of a main house and annex

This very beautiful and detached holiday house is 300 metres from the centre of Yngsjös, as well as the long sandy beach. It is on Hanö Bay and owing to its sandy beaches it is a popular holiday destination with many summer houses.

The holiday house for up to ten guests is on a private site and consists of a main house with a new conservatory, and an annex. The ground floor (70m²) of the main house has three bedrooms, one with a double bed 8180 x 200cm) and two each with a bunk bed. There is also a sofa bed (160 x 200cm) for two people in the attic (24m²). The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven and microwave. The bathroom in the main house has a shower and toilet. The cosy guest house can accommodate two adults and a child. It has two single beds (80 x 200cm) that can also be joined together as a double bed, and a children’s bed. The kitchen unit has a two-ring hob and the bathroom has a WC, shower and washing machine, as well as a sauna. There is also a new TV with swedish and german channels and from May 2018 wifi via optical fibre.

The conservatory by the building measures 30m², has under-floor heating and insulating glass and can therefore also be used in winter. Garden furniture and a charcoal grill are provided for long summer evenings. There are parking spaces right by the house. There is a new barbeque area with fully equipped kitchen outside, both hot and cold water and a tent that covers from any eventual rain, a nice fence make great privacy for the whole family to enjoy an evening meal outside at the dining area.

There are a kiosk and a minigolf course just 300 metres from the house. Yngsjo is about 6km from Ahus. You can go along one of the lovely cycle paths to get into town. Ahus has many restaurants, bars, clubs and shops. During the summer months many events are held in town, such as handball tournaments and harbour festivals.

    “Lovely house with annex so very suitable for two families holidaying together. Location was excellent in a quite place near the most fantastic quite beaches. Perfect place for relaxing and spending quality family time together.
    House itself well equipped with a great outdoor barbecue area.”

    “Schönes Haus in traumhafter Lage, sehr netter Vermieter, der sich um alles kümmert. Es gibt jetzt eine Spülmaschine, die schärfsten Messer, die wir je in einem Ferienhaus gefunden haben und natürlich auch einen Wasserkocher. Und der Wintergarten sowie die Grillstation waren die Highlights. Wir waren 8 Erwachsene mit Hund und hatten reichlich Platz. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt und liegt nur 5 Gehminuten vom einem der schönsten Ostseestrände entfernt im Wald.
    Frische Brötchen gibt es morgens beim Bäckerwagen am Campingplatz, ca. 500m entfernt.”

    “Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage mitten in einem Kiefernwald. Es handelt sich um eine größere Wochenendhaussiedlung, wobei die einzelnen Häuser sehr verstreut liegen und man sehr separat wohnt. Der Weg zum schönen Sandstrand beträgt nur ca. 200 m. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig. Sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem in der Küche fehlt es an nichts.

    Die Möbel sind etwas abgewohnt, aber noch ok. Der Wintergartenanbau ist neu, sehr geräumig und spendet viel Licht. Einzig die Betten waren uns etwas zu hart. Das Haupthaus bietet ausreichend Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder, das Gästebett im oberen Bereich ist nicht sehr zu empfehlen.

    Dafür ist im Nebengebäude für 2 Personen ausreichend Platz. Hier befindet sich auch eine kleine Sauna. Hier wird es aber für mehr als 2 bis 3 Personen schon etwas eng. Im Großen und Ganzen ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen.”
