Tuscan country house near the beach and surrounded by greenery, with an open gallery, a fireplace and a big garden
The property enjoys a very quiet location, surrounded by greenery and just 800 metres from the sea. It is a typical Tuscan country house in two halves. One of them is let out as holiday accommodation.
The enormous garden has five deckchairs and a parasol, inviting you to sit and relax. After visiting the beach you can wash the sand off in the outdoor shower. Part of the 4000m² private site has a maritime pine forest. It is not fence and directly border the Migliarino San Rossore Massaciuccoli regional park, which is between the property and the sea. Private parking spaces are available.
The holiday house has its own entrance. It provides 80m² of living space and can accommodate up to five adults and one child. Furthermore there is a table with six chairs for dining "al fresco". The centrepiece is the open living room with a seating group, a TV, a fireplace and a kitchen, equipped with a fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a walk-in wardrobe. Next to the bedroom there is a bathroom with a shower and there is also a little storage room. There is a gallery above the living room, with two single beds (110 x 200cm) and a separate WC. The sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a bed (180 x 200cm). A small cot can be set up on request, at no additional charge. The accommodation has heating throughout. There is no Internet connection.
Within 500 metres you can find a supermarket and a grocery shop, as well as a butcher, a bar, a restaurant, a hairdresser, a children’s playground and tennis courts. Torre del Lago, where the property is located, belongs to the town of Viareggio, where the Puccini Festival is held every year and which is worth a visit. Many other popular trip destinations are easy to get to from the country house: it is about 14km to Viareggio, about 19km to Pietrasanta, 23km to Forte dei Marmi, 18km to Pisa, 27km to Lucca and about 100km to Florence.
