On a riverbank in the village of Ancône, this ground level vacation property welcomes you. You are here in the Rhone Valley, known for its wines. The fauna and flora around the small lakes of the region and along the Rhone arouse great enthusiasm among nature lovers. The contemporary house has three bedrooms and a modern kitchen, and its spacious living room is bright and comfortable. In the garden, a completely secluded swimming pool and partially shaded terraces with barbecue and sunbeds await vacationers. 4 km away, cozy restaurants, ice cream parlors and boutiques line the pleasant and car-free streets of Montelimar, which boasts an old town center and ancient fortifications. Discover the charming mountain villages of Savasse, Marsanne and Mirmande, and in Dieulefit, be amazed by the craftsmanship of its potters and glassblowers. The Enclave of the Popes and Grignan with its botanical diversity and the Château de la Marquise de Sévigné also await your visit. On the other side of the river stretches the southern part of the Ardèche and lies the mountain village of Rochemaure. Besides a spring and a 12th century castle, this ancient village is equally famous for the Pic de Chenavari, an extinct volcano with a unique panoramic view all the way to the Vercors mountain range. A little further north, the unspoiled valley of the Ibie extends to Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, the gateway to the magnificent gorges of the Ardèche.

    “Bijzonder mooi, goed ingericht, comfortabel en rustig gelegen huis. Zwembad geeft ontegensprekelijk een enorme meerwaarde aan het huis. Alles is aanwezig om een leuke tijd door te brengen in dit huis.
    Eigenaar is super sympa.
