Apartment in Trogir with Private Balcony and Panoramic View

This modern holiday apartment is in a convenient location within walking distance of the sea and from the old town of Trogir, a UNESCO world heritage site, directly facing the sunny Croatian island of Ciovo. It provides an ideal starting point for enjoying the long beaches along the coast and the vibrant harbour town.

Big glass doors in the living room open directly onto the private sunny balcony furnished with a table and chairs. You can enjoy breakfast here with an extensive panoramic view over the rooftops of the little village and admire the sea bay, or sunsets in the evening. If you arrive by car there is a private parking space right in front of the house.

The holiday apartment is on the second floor of the four-storey apartment building, which was newly built in 2004. It consists of a light living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, a bedroom and a spacious daylight bathroom. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room has a comfortable sofa, a wide flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a USB port and a home entertainment system, a CD player, a radio and a glass dining table with four chairs. Right next to it there is the modern built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, a ceramic hob with an extractor fan, an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The bedroom provides a 150 cm x 200 cm double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps and a wall cupboard with plenty of storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can also be converted into an additional, 140 cm x 200 cm double bed for a further person. The bathroom comprises a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer, a toilet and a washing machine. Plenty of bed linen and hand towels are provided, as well as reliable wireless Internet access free of charge.

The holiday apartment is only about 200 metres from the nearest concrete beach, the more vibrant Rozac (about 800 metres away) and Okrug (about 1km away) beaches with sun loungers and parasols. It is only about 500 metres to the centre of the old town with its romantic little alleys, historical sights, interesting shops, colourful markets and a good range of cafés and restaurants with international and Dalmatian specialities.
