You can walk from the shared site with a garden and grill area to the beach and the centre with a range of amenities. They are quietly situated in the town centre of a tranquil town on the southern shore of the Stettiner Haff, to the south of Usedom.
Both terraces are fully furnished and invite you to enjoy meals together outdoors. You can enjoy time out and sunbathe on the deckchairs. There is a lawn with loungers in the garden, which also has a grill area with a fireplace grill, as well as parking spaces on the 1800m² site for the use of all guests.
You can book a holiday apartment on with a roof terrace on the upper floor of the detached manor house for your own exclusive use. It has two double bedrooms and is ideal for acquainted couples or families with children to spend holidays together. Alternatively, you can book the second house, which is at ground level and has two double bedrooms. The houses can be booked either separately or in combination for a holiday for up to eleven people.
The house is in idyllic surroundings, just 400 metres or a five-minute walk from the beach. Within a radius of 300 to 400 metres from the house you can find shopping facilities, an icecream stand, several restaurants, a baker, or massages. Entertainment is provided by the bowling alley, the tennis court or water sports the same distance away.
