Villa Bellavista with heated pool and garden

This authentic Dalmatian villa made of stone bricks is at the foot of the Biokovo mountains, at the gateway to the town of Makarska, in the little village of Puharic. It is surrounded by mountains and near the beach, affording a breathtaking, open panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the surrounding islands. The holiday house with its own heated swimming pool was built in 2015. It is tastefully furnished, providing all the necessary modern comfort and ensuring luxurious and relaxing holiday days. The second apartment has a living room with a dining room, a kitchen and bathroom on the first floor. The living room has a sofa, a comfortable armchair and a big LCD TV (107cm, satellite receiver). It also has glass doors allowing plenty of daylight in and affording a view of the mountains. The light and airy dining space with an integrated, open kitchen also has big glass doors, leading directly out to the pool and the garden. The dining table can accommodate six people and from here you also have a view of the surrounding olive groves and mountains. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, a hob with four rings, an oven, a fridge, a big freezer, a coffee machine and a kettle. Stone stairs lead up to the third floor to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have an LCD TV (82cm, satellite channels). The master bedroom has a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm. From the balcony furnished with a table and chairs you can look out over the garden and admire the wonderful panoramic view over the town of Makarska and the mountains as far as the sea. The second bedroom also has a balcony with a sea and mountain view and has a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm. An additional double bed (160 x 200cm) can be set up in the living room on request. One of the modern bathrooms has a big shower cubicle, the other has a bath with a shower attachment. Both bathrooms also have a washbasin with a big mirror, a WC and a hairdryer.

The living space of 150m² for eight people is on three floors and comprises two separate apartments. The first apartment is on the ground floor, the second is on the first and second floors. The ground floor apartment has a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. The living room has a sofa (double sofa bed 160 x 200cm), a coffee table and an LCD TV (107cm, satellite receiver). Glass doors allow plenty of daylight in and afford a view of the mountains and the sea. You can enjoy meals at the adjacent dining table with four chairs, whilst looking out at the surrounding olive groves and mountains. The separate cooking niche has two cooking rings, an oven, fridge, freezer compartment and coffee machine. The bedroom has a double bed (180xm wide, 200cm long). The modern bathroom has a shower and WC. There are also free wireless Internet access, a rustic, typical Dalmatian cellar, an additional shower and WC, and access to the terrace.

The villa is the perfect place to spend a holiday amidst nature, but nevertheless near the beach and the town centre. The long sandy beach is only about a kilometre away and it is only about 1.2km to the centre of Makarska with its luxury hotels, restaurants, shops and entertainment.

The sun terrace affords a wonderful panoramic view of the sea, the landscape and the area. The area behind the pool has comfortable deckchairs. To the left of the pool there is a terrace. There is also a roofed grill area with two wooden tables, four benches and a brick-built outdoor grill. There are two parking spaces by the house.
