Former little fisherman’s house with a small balcony, in a quiet location, just 100 metres from the beach
The renovated little fisherman’s house from the year 1900 is in a quiet district of Banyuls, but nevertheless not far from the nearest shops. The beach is only about 100 metres away. In the mornings there is the pleasant waft of fresh croissants, as the baker is on the same street.
The terraced house of around 36m² is on three floors and can accommodate three people. The ground floor has a living and dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, mini oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Wooden spiral stairs lead up to the next floor, which has a living room with a single bed (90 x 190cn) and a TV, as well as a WC. The top floor has a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190cm) and a bathroom with a bath. All the rooms have heating
The first floor and top floor have a little balcony. You can park your car on the free, public car park by the train station, about 300 metres away. You can pull up to the house briefly on arrival and departure to load or unload baggage.
The apartment is only about 100 metres from the nearest sandy beach, but there is a bakery only about 50 metres away, as well as shops. The nearest cafés and restaurants are about 200 metres away.
