House in Novalja with Private Pool

This quietly situated holiday house, a stone house from the 19th century, welcomes you in the little village of Dabovi Stani on the island of Pag, 8km from the centre of Novalja. It is 400 metres from the main street and the same distance from a typical Mediterranean bay with a beach, a five-minute walk away through nature.

The two-storey house was extensively renovated in 2011 and brings together traditional elements and modern comfort. It provides 85m² of living space for five people. The ground floor has a living room with satellite TV, a stove, a sofa bed and a dining space in front of the terrace door. Behind it there is the kitchen with a stove, oven, coffee machine, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Other rooms on the ground floor are a guest toilet and a storage room next to the kitchen, which also has a washing machine. The two modern bathrooms with daylight and the two spacious bedrooms are on the upper floor. The bathrooms have a shower and WC. The bedrooms with a sea view each have a double bed (160 x 200cm). A further person can sleep on the sofa bed (160 x 200cm) in the living room. The house has air conditioning units, as well as under-floor and ceiling heating, so stays in winter are also pleasant. The air conditioning units are in every bedroom and in the living room, which shares under-floor heating with the kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor have ceiling heating. Each room has a regulating thermostat. Wireless Internet access is available in the house and on the terrace.Pets are allowed, but without access to the bedrooms and swiming pool. Not following the rools will be fined for extra ammount of 500 €.

The living room opens onto the 25m² fenced terrace, furnished and with a grill area. All outside space is for you only and fenced with stone walls. Swiming pool area is equipped with sun loungers and outside shower. There are two privat parking spaces in the courtyard. The pool season runs from April 15th to November 1st.

You can go on long walks and cycle tours through the surrounding natural landscape. You can enjoy typical specialities such as homemade cheese, roast lamb and fresh fish and seafood in many restaurants on the island. The popular entertainment spots in Zrce are 10km from the house. The nearest shopping centres Hypernovalis, Konzum, Plodine and a pharmacy are in Novalja 8km away.

    “Schönes Haus abgelegen, ideal für Spaziergänge. Die Bucht liegt 5 Minuten weg und in der kleinen Ortschaft ist man mit dem Auto gleich”

    “Positiv: Der schattige und doch luftige Grillplatz an der Terrasse, umrahmt von Pool und Natursteinmauern. Negativ: Zukünftig wird es Nachbarn geben (2 Häuser im Rohbau). Restaurant: Konoba Sentimenti in Nin - Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Qualität und bester Service bei verhältnismäßig günstigen Preisen. Ausflüge: Klettern und Wandern in der Paklenica-Schlucht (Nationalpark) - Eindrucksvolle Schlucht mit "Winnetou-Feeling" und bestens eingerichtete, autonahe Kletterrouten nebst Infrastruktur (Toiletten etc.). Ausdauernden Wanderern bieten sich einsame Bergtouren.”
