Apartment building with a garden and a shared pool, as well as a lovely view

The apartment building is in a lovely and green district in Stara Novalja, not far from the beach and on a slight elevation on the island of Pag.

There are six fully-furnished apartments, which meet the highest European standards and offer a view of the sea. The apartments have two bedrooms and a balcony. Wireless Internet access is available. You can use the shared swimming pool measuring 4 x 3m, as well as the sun loungers and parasols. It is heated by solar power and there is also an outdoor shower. There is a little fitness room with a variety of fitness equipment. There is also a grill with seating outdoors for sociable evenings and there is a room with a pool table, table football and darts. Enjoy the wonderful view of the Novalha bay from the house. Bicycles can be borrowed for leisure and for exploring the island. There are plenty of parking spaces on site.

In the old town you can find many cafés and shops, as well as a sandy beach awarded the Blue Flag. The town of Novalja is only 2km away, with a range of gastronomy. You can experience nightlife in Zrce 2km away.

Stara Novalja is a village on the northern part of the island of Pag in Croatia. The economy is based on tourism, sheep farming, fishing and viticulture. It is known for the remains of the old ancient waterworks, for its rich underwater life, amphorae, diving tourism, sandy beaches, olive groves, and for its gastronomic specialties (lamb, fish, Pag cheese and good wine). It is home to the old ferry pier "Drljanda", where the depth of the sea reaches up to 38 meters. Small boats and yachts are moored inside the bay. Stara Novalja is a quiet tourist place that offers apartment accommodation, rooms and other tourist services.The largest beach in the bay of Stara Novalja is a sandy beach called "Trinćel" or "Planjka". There are small sandy beaches along the entire bay.The climate is mild, Mediterranean. The swimming season starts in May and ends in October.
