Aust-Agder is a county on the Skagerrak coast in Norway. Bordering Rogaland, Vest-Agder and Telemark, the region features a varied landscape with river valleys, mountains and a coastal area. The most attractive cities in which to book a holiday home in Aust-Agder are Grimstad, Arendal, Risør, Lillesand and Tvedestrand. Arendal, the largest city in the region, is the ideal place to book a holiday apartment or a holiday house. Visit the Trefoldighetskirken, a church in the heart of the town, the Store Torungen Lighthouse or its twin, the Lille Torungen Lighthouse, both of which can be reached by boat from the city centre. Take a trip to Merdø, an island where you can visit the museum and its many beaches.
