    “Wunderschön war die Idylle im Umland. Wer einmal abschalten möchte und das Landleben genießen will, der ist hier genau richtig. Man sollte jedoch nicht zu viel erwarten von den umliegenden Ortschaften. Im Umfeld von ca. 15km gibt es nur wenige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Angebot beschränkt sich auf den Grundbedarf. Wer allerdings bis Vänersborg / Trollhättan fährt (ca. 30-40 Min.), der bekommt alles was das Herz begehrt und obendrein noch viel Sehenswertes. Ohnehin ist die Landschaft von Dalsland ein Hingucker und wer sich vorher über die Reisemöglichkeiten informiert, ist über viele Tage beschäftigt.”
