    “Ohne Auto ist man definitiv aufgeschmissen weil alles sehr weit auseinander ist. Aber es sind einige schöne Sachen in der nähe zb. Boltenhagen, Karls Erlebnis-Dorf und Hansa Park. Im Dorf gibts nichts spektakuläres, da muss man schon ein Stück fahren.”

    “Die Lage ist sehr ländlich und idyllisch. Der Weg zu den verschiedenen Strandmöglichkeiten ist kurz. Naturstrand mit vielen Steinen, gepflegter Sandstrand mit Imbiss bis zum Touristenstrand gegen Bezahlung und Strandkörbe....für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Alles jeoch kein Fußweg! Ein bisschen Seegras und Quallen (KEINE Feuerquallen, also keine "Brenngefahr") dürfen einen allerdings nicht stören. Wir fanden es als Familie mit Kindern passend, da der Weg ins Wasser sehr flach ist und es damit ganz viel Spass und Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder gab. Hohen Schönberg liegt mittig zwischen den zwei großen Städten Lübeck und Wismar. Zwischendrin gibt es noch sehr viele andere Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, wie z.B. der Schmetterlingspark, Tigerpark oder das Kindermotorland. Das Sealife in Travemünde ist auch einen Ausflug wert. Wir haben jedoch die Erfahrung gemacht, dass es für Kinder unter dem Lesealter eher anstrengend ist.”
