    “Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Geschäfte sämtlicher Art sind vorhanden. Der jährliche Samenmarkt ist nicht mehr das was er mal sonst die Jahre war. Mein Eindruck von vor 15 Jahren ist nicht mit dem heutigen vergleichbar. Es ist Kommerz geworden. Was mir selbst einheimische bestätigten.”

    “In Jokkmokk gibt es bzgl. "Waren des täglichen Bedarfs" die einzige Einkaufsmöglichkeit in einem Umkreis von (geschätzten) 100 km. Wir waren nur zum Einkaufen und zum Tanken dort. Zudem haben wir den "Fällträdgarden" besucht und sind auf dem "Storknabben" gewesen. Beides kleinere Ausflugsziele am Stadtrand. War schön. Die Stadt selber fanden wir nicht besonders attraktiv.”
