    “In der Saison sicherlich besseres Angebot.
    Leider viele nicht deutschsprachige Restaurants, bzw die Mitarbeiter sprachen wenig deutsch.
    Was uns arg gefehlt, hat im Vergleich zu Usedom, kaum Fischbrötchen, egal wann man auf Usedom ist die gibt es immer an jeder Ecke. Für den Rest fährt man derzeit einfach noch nach Binz. Die Region muss sich noch entwickeln.”

    “Wir haben bewusst in Prora Urlaub gemacht. Wir waren schon einmal vor Jahren dort als alles noch im 'Dornröschenschlaf' lag.
    Wir sind sehr geschichtsinteressiert und es war klar, dass wir bei einem eventuellem Ausbau zum Ferienort auf jeden Fall dahin müssen.
    Der Strand und das Wasser sind absolute Klasse.
    Die Situation bezüglich Gastronomie, Einkaufen und sonstiger Aktivitäten ist natürlich noch ausbaufähig. Uns hat es jedoch so gereicht. Es ist alles da was man braucht und für weiteres ist es bis Binz ist es ja nur ein Katzensprung.”

    “Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen - der Strand ist belebt, aber nicht so überlaufen wie in Binz oder Sellin. Seit diesem Jahr gibt es auch Strandkörbe, eine kleine Strandbar und weitere Infrastruktur wie Toiletten. Nach Binz selber sind es mit dem Fahrrad 10-15 Minuten. Vor Ort gibt es u.a. einen Bäcker, einen Fahrradverleih und zwei italienische Restaurant. Zur Geschichte des Gebäudekomplexes kann man gleich zwei Ausstellungen bzw. Dokumentationszentren besuchen. Bei unserem Aufenthalt (Juli 2019) waren noch nicht alle Restarbeiten erledigt (z.B. fehlten zum Teil noch Bepflanzungen), und an einigen Gebäuden wird noch grundlegend gearbeitet. Das hat allerdings in dem Teil, in dem wir gewohnt haben (Block 1) überhaupt nicht gestört.”
