Beautiful hiking opportunities in the vicinity of the cottage. Several fishing lakes with good trout stock. Only 1 km from the cottage is the spectacular waterfall Vøringsfossen. With a fall of 182 meters from the Hardangervidda plateau to Måbødalensom, the waterfall is considered one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Norway.
