Spacious wellness holiday house with a sauna, a fireplace stove and a south-facing terrace for the whole family

The holiday house is situated in Grimersum, about 5km from Greetsiel. It is in a quiet residential area with other holiday homes and private houses on a cul-de-sac.

The boat harbour is only 60 metres away. The canal there has a connection to Greetsiel and Emden, in summer by (paddle) boat and in winter partially on skates. There is a lovely public playground just a few steps away, so children can visit it alone. There are shops and a restaurant about 3km away.

Your accommodation has four bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, and two shower rooms. It is suitable for eight people, ideal also for two families. The sauna and the fireplace stove in the living room invite you to enjoy staying here not only in summer. The lovely wooden ceiling beams and the maritime décor give the house a special character. The ground floor has a generous living and dining room with large doors leading out onto the south-facing terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. The storage room next to it has a washing machine and a dryer. The ground-floor bathroom is fitted with a shower and a WC, a bidet and a private sauna. One of the bedrooms with a double bed (160 x 200cm) is on the ground floor and therefore convenient for grandparents. There are three further bedrooms on the upper floor, one with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and two each with two single beds (90 x 200cm). There is also a further shower room on this floor. Note about wireless Internet access: the owners only allow a maximum UMTS Internet speed. The property includes two car parking spaces. Garden furniture and a grill are stored in the garden shed. Enjoy sunbathing or lovely grill evenings on the south-facing terrace.

    “Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit, gerne wieder . Positiv: Wir haben 11 schöne Tage in den Ferienhaus verbracht, das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Negativ: Der Ort ist etwas abgelegen ,aber sehr ruhig. Im Ort selbst gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, aber mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto kein Problem”

    “Perfekt zum erholen. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche. Für große Familien oder mehrere Personen sehr gut geeignet Positiv: Die ruhige Lage Restaurant: Captains Dinner in Greetsiel - In diesem Restaurant stimmt einfach alles!!!
    Das Essen war durchgehend lecker, die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und wir waren absolut begeistern von der Bedienung, super freundlich, aufmerksam und gerne mal zu einem kurzen Gespräch bereit. Hier würde ich den Satz "der Gast ist König" sofort unterschreiben!”
