This is a generous and comfortable holiday apartment on the first floor, with a balcony, decorated in a typical country style. The holiday apartment is part of a guesthouse with several separate holiday apartments. The apartment comprises 132m² of living space with three comfortable double bedrooms, a comfortable living room with a TV, a dining corner and a fully-equipped built-in kitchen with a dishwasher. All of the three bedrooms have a comfortable box spring double bed, with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side. You can store your clothing in a wardrobe with a mirror element. All of the three bedrooms also have a washbasin. There is also a bathroom with a shower and WC and there are a shower room and a separate WC. The kitchen is equipped for comprehensive self-catering, including a dishwasher and microwave, stove with ceramic hob and oven, cooker hood, fridge with freezer compartment and a coffee machine and kettle. You can sit in the rustic dining space for meals together, or you can use the furnished balcony with a view of the hilly surroundings and an electric grill for meals outdoors. You can relax after a day trip on the suite in the living room, with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable channels and a DVD player providing entertainment.

A special feature of this holiday accommodation is the breakfast buffet in the separate breakfast room. The rental price also includes the KönigsCard, with inclusive services for over 250 experiences and attractions, such as cable cars and lifts, pools and lakes, museums and culture, leisure and nature experiences, sports and hiking, children’s nad family programmes in the four regions of the Allgäu, Ammergauer Alpen, Garmisch and Reutte/Tirol.

The price includes the following services: Free bus rides with the regional bus 1 x free daily peak and/or valley rides e.g Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Wankbahn, Eckbauerbahn, Graseckbahn, for many daily 3-hour lift pass included in winter. 1 x daily free entries to swimming pools and lakes e.g. Wellenberg leisure pool, Seehausen/Staffelsee lakeside beach, Plantsch pool and sauna landscape in Schongau. 1 x daily free boat rides and boat hire e.g. in Füssen, Kochel am See or Bad Boyersoien. Also many other free experiences such as museums, culture, leisure, nature, sports, hiking and a children’s and family programme with the Königscard.

The locality has shops, cafés, restaurants within walking distance, around 500 metres. The ski downhill piste is just 500 metres away. The nearest chairlift is about 3km away. In Oberammergau you can also find an outdoor pool and a tennis court, about 3km away. Many trip destinations for unforgettable day trips are to be recommended, such as Neuschwanstein Castle 40km away, the peak cross at Zugspitze about 50km away, the Partnachklamm about 26km away, or Linderhof Castle with its water features 17.5km away.
