Modern holiday house with a terrace and a garden
The holiday house of around 85m² is in the lovely monastery village of Walkenried in the Harz region, about five kilometres from Bad Sachsa. There are a supermarket and restaurant within walking distance.
The house can accommodate four people and one child. The two floors provide everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The ground floor has a big living and dining room with satellite TV (including USB port) and a fully-equipped kitchen separated off spatially by beams, a big bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm), and a bathroom. The other two bedrooms are on the upper floor, one with a single bed (90 x 200cm) and a balcony, and one with two single beds (90 x 200cm). The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the house. The house has night storage heating.
The terrace and the little, fully fenced garden round off the picture. There are car parking spaces in and in front of the garage.

“Sehr schön eingerichtetes kleines und gemütliches Ferienhaus mit anheimelnder Ausstrahlung.
Sehr bequemes Sofa und gutes WLAN. Das Doppelbett hätte für mich (1,88) etwas länger sein dürfen,
dafür hat uns aber die grosszügige Überdachung im Eingangsbereich entschädigt, da das Schlafzimmer ebenfalls auf dieser Seite lag und dadurch auch an Sonnentagen immer gut beschattet wurde.
Die Zufahrt zum Objekt ist extrem schmal und verwinkelt und daher, zumindest mit einem grösseren Fahrzeug, nur etwas für versierte Autofahrer.”
