The one-room apartment is in the owner’s house, which is situated in the village centre of Bellin close to a bus stop. The apartment has a separate entrance.
It provides 40m² of living space for two people. The living room-bedroom has two box spring beds (90 x 200cm), a round dining table with two chairs and a TV with a satellite receiver. An additional inflatable mattress can be set up here on request. From here you can access the little kitchen, equipped with a stove, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and toaster. The light and generous bathroom with a window is fitted with a shower, washbasin, hairdryer and WC. Pets are not allowed.
The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs and a charcoal grill. The site is fenced. You can use a private car parking space.
You can have breakfast or other meals at a guesthouse or restaurant on the opposite side of road, just 50 metres away. The accommodation is right by the Oder/Neiße cycling and walking path and it is only 500 metres to the nearby lake with a beach. It is 500 metres to bicycle hire and 4km to canoe hire. There are shopping facilities in the centre about 2km away. The nearest train station is 3km away.
