The light and fully modernised holiday apartment is in a former barn, slightly set apart from the house that the owner lives in, nestled amidst greenery.

You enter the apartment through a light entrance area that leads directly to the living and dining room and the open kitchen unit, which has a dining table for meals together and a sofa bed for two people, a stereo system with Bluetooth and an Internet TV with cable channels. The kitchen unit integrated into the room is equipped with a two-ring hob, a fridge, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a toaster. The cosy bedroom is furnished with a double bed 180cm wide and a wardrobe. Next to it there is the modern bathroom with underfloor heating and a window, a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a WC. Wireless Internet access, many games, films and CDs ensure that there will not be a dull moment.

You have exclusive use of a terrace in the shared garden, where you can smoke, grill, have breakfast or simply relax. You can share use of the swings in front of the apartment, as well as the garden with a range of seating. In front of the site there is a sports ground, where you can play games borrowed from the owner.

You can have breakfast optionally at the owners’ place or the nearby hotel.

It is about 4km to the town centre of Erfurt, 10 minutes by public transport. The nearest ÖPNV sto is 200 metres away. There are shopping facilities about 2km away. From here it is easy to get to Weimar and the Thüringen surrounding area. The area is an ideal starting point for exploring the many places of cultural and natural interest in Thüringen. There are many suggestions in the folder that you will find in the house on arrival.
