Holiday Apartment in Zingst with Private Parking

Comfortable holiday apartment for two people in a quiet location near the centre and the beach, quite unique in Zingst. The apartment is at ground level and is on one of the most beautiful and quietest streets in the Baltic Sea spa town of Zingst, running parallel to the centre (pedestrian and shopping zone) and with little traffic. The centre is only about 250 metres away, the beach 400 metres and the Bodden harbour 600 metres away, so everything is within convenient walking distance and you can give your car a rest.

The apartment measures 54m² and is on the ground floor of a house with a total of just six holiday apartments, on a 1800m² park-like site enclosed by hedges. A bicycle stand and a shared grill area are available. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of four people, but is ideal for just two people. All the windows are fitted with blinds and some fly screens. The living and dining room provide a fireplace stove, a sofa with an armchair, two armchairs of which 1 lounge chair, a radio with a USB port for your favourite songs, as well as a flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver with more than 200 TV and 100 radio channels. You can relax here after a day trip. You go past the dining table for four people to the open kitchen space built into the corner. In April 2016 all the electrical appliances (apart from the cooker hood) were installed, including a stove and oven, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a fridge with a **** freezer compartment. Plenty of cutlery/crockery, stainless steel pots and other kitchen utensils, as well as a microwave are provided. A new shower cubicle (90 x 90cm) was installed in the bathroom in April 2016. It also has a large illuminated mirror, a towel radiator and a window. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and bedside tables with LED reading lamps. This furniture and the mattresses were renewed in April 2016. The same room has a generous wardrobe with plenty of storage space.

The living room provides direct access to the private terrace facing west, with garden chairs, a table and a parasol.

The beds are already made on arrival as a service. If you need hand and shower towels, they can be provided for a small fee. A bicycle stand and a shared grill area are available. Information for disabled guests: the apartment is largely barrier-free. In order to get to the house, however, there is a step and the new shower (base 90 x 90cm) is about 13cm high.

Restaurants, shops, a children’s playground, riding facilities, tennis, minigolf, fishing, surfing, a section of nudist beach, a swimming pool, a sauna and doctors are also nearby, within up to a kilometre.

    “Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was vonnöten war. Die Übergabe war problemlos. Die Lage ist ist exzellent, nur ein kurzer Weg zu Strand, Bodden und dem Ortszentrum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert.”
