From the front terrace you enter the living room with open fireplace. Another terrace is located on the back of the house, with access from the small living room. A spiral staircase leads to an open double bedroom on the 1st floor. 1 bedroom suite on the ground floor has a separate entrance from outside. A staircase leads to the gallery with 2 single beds (low ceiling, height min. 1.20 m). Below the house is the partially covered pool with equipped sun terrace. The owners live next door and guests can use their vegetable garden. On request available: room for group activities (yoga) and an equipped music exercise room. Ideal for nature lovers and good starting point for visiting the nearby Tuscan and Umbrian towns like Cortona (22 km) and Città di Castello (25 km); Arezzo, Perugia and Gubbio are each at about 50 km. 3 km S.Leo Bastia with grocery shop, bar, post office; 10 km Trestina with all kinds of shops.
