Cosy holiday home with a private pool and panoramic views over the Atlantic Ocean

This detached holiday home is in a very quiet and exclusive location in Lomo Román in Santa Ursula on Tenerife on a cul-de-sac. The property boasts stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, Puerto de la Cruz and the Pico del Teide. The house was last renovated in 2011.

The 150 m² house offers a studio with a large living/bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m), a large sofa and a television and a bathroom with a spacious shower, a toilet, a sink and a well equipped kitchen on the ground floor. A large living room can be found upstairs and is furnished with comfortable seating accommodation, an armchair and satellite television. The kitchen is equipped with a ceran stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle and a dishwasher. There are also three bedrooms on the top floor. The first bedroom is furnished with a king size bed (1.60 m), the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m) and the third bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 cm). A child's cot is available free of charge upon request. The bathroom boasts a bathtub, a toilet, a hair dryer and a sink. There is an additional bathroom with a toilet and sink. A washing machine and a dryer are at your disposal free of charge. The house also offers wireless internet access free of charge. The living room can be heated.

Outside you will find a cosy patio with seating accommodation, a barbecue and a large, solar heated pool (4 x 9 m) with lighting, counter current, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. There is also a sauna in the pool area. Enjoy the beautiful views over the Atlantic Ocean while barbecuing. The entire property is enclosed and protected from views. Private, enclosed outdoor parking for one car is available on the property. It is separated from the street by an automatic gate. Pets are permitted upon request.

During the winter months, the pool can be heated for a small fee.

Shopping facilities (three supermarkets in a 900 meter perimeter), cafes and restaurants can be found in Santa Ursula. It is 4 km to the nearest beach and 8.7 km to a public pool.

    “Prachtige complete villa voor de hele familie, veel privacy, zeezicht, we hebben genoten van het zwembad, de tuin, de bloemen en hagedissen. Heerlijk bbq aan het water, goed geoutilleerd, het pad naar zee is super steil en gevaarlijk: Dat had vermeld kunnen worden. Vriendelijke ontvangst met uitleg over de werking van poort, verlichting ed.”
