Apartment Ema with open and beautiful view

This is a generous, newly renovated apartment with a balcony terrace and an extensive, beautiful view. You can benefit from a quiet location in a detached property with a garden site, centrally located for getting the beach and the town centre. The island of Vir is a Dalmatian island and is accessed via a bridge from the mainland, to the north of Zadar. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the open sea and the island of Pag from the big balcony terrace. In the garden you can find an open terrace with a grill and garden furniture for shared use. There are two car parking spaces on site.

The apartment is on the upper floor of a two-storey house and comprises 80m² of living space, providing three double bedrooms, a bathroom with a WC and a living and dining room with an integrated kitchen. It was renovated in 2016 and the interior exudes a modern and cosy atmosphere and provides comfortable furniture. The bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (two measuring 160 x 200cm, the third 140 x 200cm). Each bedroom and the living room provide access to the balcony terrace outdoors. The centrepiece of the apartment is the sociable living room, which is a walk-through room to the individual bedrooms and the bathroom. You can relax here on two sofas after a day trip, or sit at the dining table for meals together. The sofa can be converted into a bed for a seventh and eighth guest. The kitchen enables convenient self-catering with all accessories, a gas stove with an oven, a fridge and freezer, a kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower with a shower curtain, a washbasin with a wall cupboard and mirror, a window and a WC. For longer stays, there is also a washing machine in the bathroom. Free wireless Internet access is available. There is air conditioning in the living room. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The beach is an 8-minute walk away (ca. 800 metres), and it is about 15 minutes to the town centre. There are cafés and restaurants within 300 metres awaiting your visit. There are also shopping facilities within walking distance.
