This comfortable holiday home is situated in the vicinity of the town of Tinjan on a hill overlooking the pure nature of the bay of Lim (Limski kanal). The plot is full fenced and provides one with the sense of a private sphere while it still provides good connection to the rest of the peninsula of Istria. It has been inspired by the Mediterranean and Spanish building style while there are elements of the local architecture visible in stone decorations. The interiors are comfortable, spacious and elegantly designed. There is a good flow to the covered terrace, where you find a sun deck and an outdoor swimming pool with saltwater. A special plus is a luxurious outdoor whirlpool for seven persons. The exterior also contains a barbecue and an outdoor dining room. The villa contains a sauna, a mini fitness room, a billiard table, a indoor fire pit and a bread oven. The surroundings are natural and green and the location is a perfect starting point for trips that will take you exploring the interesting region of Istria.

    “Ein schönes und geräumiges Haus (allerdings nicht ganz so klasse wie auf den gut bearbeiteten Bildern) mit einem Superpool. Liegt leider direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Komplett eingezäunt mit einem el. Tor. Der Vermieter kommt regelmäßig ohne Voranmeldung vorbei.
    Mit Abstrichen, aber trotzdem eine Empfehlung.”

    “Das Haus liegt relativ abgeschieden, der kleine Ort Tinjan (mit einem kleinen Dorfladen) liegt ca. 5 km entfernt. Bis zur größeren Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind es ca. 30 Minuten Autofahrt. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall nötig. Die Villa befindet sich auf einem riesigen Grundstück, Nachbarn sind die Eigentümer und eine andere kroatische Familie, mit denen aber alles unkompliziert und problemlos ablief. Von außen sieht es eher unscheinbar aus, innen ist es aber modern und hochwertig eingerichtet und alles war sauber. An die Gastroausführung der Küche muss man sich erst gewöhnen, es stellt sich aber beim Kochen für 10 Personen als äußerst praktisch heraus. Der Salzwasserpool ist sehr groß und toll designed. Als es Probleme mit dem Whirlpool gab, waren die Gastgeber sofort zur Stelle und haben ihn innerhalb weniger Stunden wieder repariert. Sie waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, auch über laute Musik am Abend haben sie sich in keinster Weise beschwert.”
