This spacious 86m² apartment enjoys a convenient location in a central, but quiet and green residential area in Split, within walking distance of the harbour and the municipal beach, as well as near the old town of the pulsating Mediterranean metropolis.

The light holiday apartment is on the first floor of a three-storey apartment building from the year 2005, which the owner also lives in. It was renovated recently in 2012 and provided with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. It has an open living and dining room with an integrated kitchen, three bedrooms, a modern daylight bathroom and a separate guest toilet/laundry room. The air- conditioned (cool/warm) living room provides a generous corner sofa suite, a flatscreen TV, a DVD player and a dining table with six chairs. The built-in and glossy kitchen featuring trendy black and white has only the latest appliances: a dishwasher, a two-zone gas and two-zone electric hob with an elegant stainless steel cooker hood, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a capsule coffee machine. Of the three bedrooms, one is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), one with a smaller double bed (160 x 200cm) and the third with two single beds (90 x 200cm), which can also be pushed together as a third double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a modern shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror and a toilet. The separate guest toilet with its own washing machine is very convenient. A cot or toddler bed is available. Plenty of towels and bed linen are provided on arrival and the reliable wireless Internet connection can be used free of charge.

The living room opens onto your private balcony, where you can make yourselves comfortable at the table with chairs and relax after a long day on the beach or in town, with a view over the sea.

The owner who lives in the house is always mindful of your privacy, but is available to assist with any queries.

Your holiday apartment is about 400 metres from the sea and the nearest beach. It is about two kilometers to the old town of Split with its famous Diocletian Palace. Just down the road about 200 metres away there is a bus stop with regular, direct connections into the centre. The nearest cafés and restaurants are about 250 metres away.
