The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. We have tried to create an oasis where you can spend a small holiday, where recovery in the high season can enjoy not only the sun but a healthy rest in the midst of unspoiled nature, and it offers a quality service at reasonable prices.Our philosophy is the respect of nature. In fact, it is forbidden to drive in almost 10 hectares of land. Cooking, for example, is not with the pollutant gas, but with the induction cooker. We use water from natural sources, natural energy and everything is designed for a low environmental impact. The fully-equipped apartments offer sea views of the island of Caprera from the bedroom and the living room, wooden beds with orthopedic mattresses, fully equipped kitchen, veranda with sea views and bathrooms with towels and soaps. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, unpaved, length 2500 m). Parking lot (for 7 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.
