This nice and attractive holiday home was completely renovated in 1996/1997 and is now tastefully fitted up with modern furniture. There are panoramic views over the sea from the nice kitchen/living-dining room with wooden floors. The house is ideal for two families as there are 2 bathrooms, one of which with a whirlpool for 4 persons and an access to the sauna. There are all modern conveniences. The children will enjoy the swings and the sandbox. The house is surrounded by several terraces.

    “Das Haus ist schöner und moderner als die Bilder es wiederspiegeln, allerdings sollten einige Merkmale verbessert werden.
    (Außerhalb der Kritik, weil ohne Benutzung sind Sauna, Wirlpool und Holzofen)
    1. Der Sandkasten (Plastik) stand im Hinterhof und unter Wasser mit allerlei Kleingetieren!!! Nicht zu gebrauchen, schade.
    2. Die Betten waren sehr unhygienisch und wurden später ausgetauscht.
    3. Im Hausinneren befinden sich 2x3 Treppenstufen, für kleinere Kinder eine stetige Gefahrenquelle
    4. Wasserentfernung passt, allerdings kein Sandstrand :-( (Kinder?), eher etwas für Angler.
    5. Das Chlorsystem/Mechanik des Wirlpools befindet sich ein einem Schlafzimmer im Wandschrank. Es summt und riecht stark nach Chlor. Bei Nichtbenutzung und Ausschaltung aber ein Problem.
    6. Zur Garage gab es kein Schlüssel und nur ein Schlüssel zum Haus.
    7. Der Servicemitarbeiter konnte weder Englisch noch Deutsch. Da war es schwer die Mängel aufzunehmen.
    8 Die Grillgeräte sind sehr dürftig und sollten selbst mitgebracht werden.
    9. Das Gesamtobjekt ist sehr abgelegen, aber sehr schön und die Innenausstattung sehr angenehm.
    10. Die Außenveranda hat kein Geländer, Gefahr für Kinder.”

    Vielen, vielen Dank auch an die Familie Stoz, die sich die Mühe gemacht und alles aufgeschrieben hat, was ihnen im Urlaub aufgefallen ist.

    In der Zwischenzeit ist die Kautionsabrechnung erfolgt und wohl zur Zufriedenheit der Kunden abgerechnet worden.”
