Holiday apartment right by the lake, at the heart of the Westerwald ceramics region, with a wide range of trip options
The cosy holiday apartment is on a quietly situated apartment complex right by the lake Erlenhofsee on the edge of the little town known for its ceramics manufacturing, nestled into the nature of the Westerwald, between Koblenz and Montabaur.
The holiday apartment renovated in 2016 with a terrace provides 60m2 of living space and is furnished in a modern style. It provides a double bedroom, a living room with a dining space, a little separate kitchen, a shower room with a WC and a storage room with a washing machine. The bedroom is furnished with a box spring double bed 8160 x 200cm) and a double-door wardrobe for storing your luggage. After a day trip you can relax on the suite in the living room, which has a pull-out sofa that can be used as a bed for a third and fourth person. The flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver and radio provides entertainment in the evening. You can sit at the dining table with four chairs for meals together. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The bathroom is fitted with a glass shower cubicle, a towel radiator, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a WC. Free wireless Internet access is available.
From the terrace you can enjoy the view of unspoilt nature. Terrace furniture and a free car parking space right in front of the door are available.
Several supermarkets, cafes and restaurants await your visit in the centre about a kilometre away. Banks, pharmacies, a sports ground (1.8km) and an outdoor pool (2.3km) are also available. Your holiday accommodation is a good starting point for visiting the places of interest, e.g. Deutsches Eck (21 km), Ehrenbreitstein fortification (19,6 km), Ceramics Museum (8 km), Remstecken game park, Westerwaldsteig, butterfly park in Bendorf-Sayn (20 km), Burg Sayn (20 km) as well as the Marienstatt monastery (31 km). Hikers and nature lovers can expect a well-developed network of trails and circuits. You can go on a shopping tour to the Montabaur fashion outlet (11km). The access to the A3 motorway is about 1km from the apartment.
