Comfortable holiday apartment with a balcony near the beach

This holiday apartment is on the second floor of an apartment building and is on a quiet street in the town Baska on the Adriatic coast in Croatia. The centre and the beach are just 400 metres away.

The apartment of around 43m² has a living and dining room with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a flatscreen TV, a sofa bed and a dining table for four people. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (80cm wide) and a wardrobe. The owner can provide a cot on request. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin and hairdryer. Heating and air conditioning are partially available and there is Wi-Fi reception in all rooms. A washing machine is also available for use free of charge.

The living room opens onto a sheltered balcony with a garden table and chairs, where you can enjoy leisurely meals and relax together in the evening. You can park your car on a private and free parking space right in front of the house. Pets are not allowed.

The owners offer a welcome gift (fresh fruit, a bottle of wine, sweets for children). A selection of tea and coffee are available during your stay. The bed linen is changed every seven days and the towels every three days.

The nearest centre with bars, clubs, cafes, restaurants and a grocery shop is just 300-400 metres away.
