An entire villa with two apartments

The apartment on the ground floor can accommodate up to four people. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180cm wide), the other with two single beds (90cm wide). The air-conditioned living room provides a sofa bed for two people, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher, as well as a dining table with chairs. The bathroom comprises a bath, a shower, washbasins and a toilet.

The apartment on the first floor can accommodate up to six people. It has three bedrooms with two double beds (200cm wide) and a single bed (90cm wide). The air-conditioned living room provides a sofa bed for two people, armchairs, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher, as well as a large dining table with chairs. The big bathroom comprises a bath, a shower, two washbasins and a toilet. The small bathroom has a toilet and a washbasin.

The covered terrace furnished with a table, two benches and a sofa is ideal for relaxing and enjoying a view of the garden and the sea. The larger terrace with a table and a bench affords a wonderful view of the garden and the sea.

    “Große Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Es gab alles, was wir brauchten. Die Vermieter haben für uns ein Kinderbett organisiert. Der Pool im Garten ist ein großes Plus und wird vom Vermieter gut gepflegt. Man kann gut draußen grillen und essen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Am Kiesstrand ist man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Zentrum von Novigrad sind mit dem Auto gut und schnell erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie waren auch immer gut zu erreichen und haben unsere Fragen schnell beantwortet.”
