The municipality of Bilice is located 3 km north of Šibenik. With an area of 25.66 km², it belongs to smaller municipalities and makes up 0.86% of the total area of Šibenik-Knin County. It borders the City of Šibenik and the City of Skradin. According to the 2011 census in Bilice there are 790 households with about 2298 inhabitants, and within the municipality there are 24 hamlets: Butkovići, Novo-naselje, Pližote, Gatara, Grubišić, Buva, Mikulandra, Šparadići, Čaleta-car, Bura , Slavice-Karlovići, Petrovići, Ćaleta, Kalik, Lugovići, Dulibići, Slavica-Jolići, Mihaljevići, Slavica -Paprčići, Radići, Juras, Krnić, Jakšić, Sekulić, Perišić. All hamlets are distributed in five settlements: Novo Naselje, Podlukovnik, Podtrtar, Stubalj and Vrulje.

The upper floor opens onto the private roof terrace with loungers, as well as onto the separate balcony. You can recharge your batteries and enjoy the wonderful view of the forested nature as far as the Adriatic. The living room on the lower floor leads out onto the generous veranda with seating. You can enjoy the picturesque landscape over breakfast, or relax and immerse yourself in the world of books. The warm evenings invite you to use the grill provided. A little further down the slope there is a private swimming pool for your own exclusive use. The generous villa also offers three private outdoor parking spaces. Four bicycles are available for use free of charge.

The luxurious holiday house provides around 216m² of living space and will impress you with its stylish interior and hint of neoclassical architecture. Air conditioning, heating and underfloor heating are available throughout. The accommodation comprises a fully-equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining space, a separate living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms and three bathrooms with a rain shower. The three bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (180cm wide) and one of them also has a single bed (90cm wide) for a further person. A washing machine and dryer are available for use free of charge.

You can find restaurants, bars and everyday shops about 1km away. With a view of the sea and of forested nature, this luxurious holiday house is an ideal place for guests seeking a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle and the noise of town, but close enough to the cultural and social life of Dalmatia. The nearest beach is about 800 metres away. You can visit the historical town centre of Šibenik and the imposing cathedral 4km away. The impressive landscape of Krka National Park with its cascading waterfalls is only about 6km from the accommodation. The little town Vodice about 12km away is known for its vibrant nightlife.

Wireless Internet access is available throughout the accommodation. For families with children or small pets (on request), note that the roof terrace is only secured by a railing.

    “Dieses Ferienhaus haben wir für eine Woche im Juni 2017 bewohnt. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und wohnen ganz in der Nähe. Bei Fragen oder Problemen, egal welcher Art, helfen sie sofort weiter. Sogar Eiswürfel aus dem Supermarkt haben sie uns am ersten Nachmittag vorbei gebracht. Und am letzten Abend haben sie für uns frischen Meeresfisch gegrillt und tolle Salate zubereitet. Ein Erlebnis!

    Der Pool wird jeden Morgen vom Vermieter gereinigt.

    Das Haus selbst ist in tadellosem Zustand und entspricht zu 100% den Bildern im Expose. Es ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
    Außer Kleidung muss man hier nichts mit in den Urlaub nehmen. Essen kann in den Supermärkten gekauft werden. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Handtücher sind mehr als genügend vorhanden.

    Die Gartenanlage ist noch nicht vollständig fertig gestellt. Der Pool Bereich ist jedoch Top. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse, dem Balkon und vom Pool ist bombastisch. Die Sonnenuntergänge herrlich.

    Wer mit Hund anreist, wie wir, sollte wissen, dass das Grundstück nicht eingezäunt ist. Bei einem Hund der nicht zu 100% folgt, ein kleines Problem.

    Dieses Haus würden wir, trotz des stolzen Mietpreises jederzeit erneut anmieten.”
