Charming holiday house with beautiful sea view

The detached house renovated in 2015 is very close to the beach, in a quiet location on a road with little traffic on the island of Drvenik Mali, Trogir-Split.

The covered, extensive terrace affords a sea view and provides garden furniture, two deckchairs and a grill. Six people can sit together at the large table or grill in the evening. The bedroom balconies are furnished with deckchairs and have a beautiful view of the Adriatic. The site with two parking spaces is fenced and therefore suitable for children, as well as dogs.

The total space of 200m² (100m² per floor) can ideally accommodate six people. The ground floor consists of a living room with a flatscreen TV and a leather suite with a double sofa bed a dining space, an open kitchen equipped with a stove oven and fridge, and a modern shower room with a WC and washbasin. On the upper floor there are another bathroom with a bath and toilet, as well as the three bedrooms with a sea view. All the rooms have a TV, a fan and a balcony. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed 180cm wide, the second has two single beds (90cm wide) and the third has one single bed (90cm wide).

A pristine, secluded beach is about 200 metres away. It is about 300 metres into the centre of the island with its restaurants, markets and shops.

Please note that the holiday house can only be accessed along a 250-metre gravel track. A travel bed for toddlers is available free of charge.

    “Sehr sinnvoll geschnittenes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit schöner Einrichtung. Besonders auf der Galerie/Terrasse haben wir viel Zeit verbracht. Direkt neben der Galerie befindet sich ein sehr guter, gemauerter Kohle/Holz-Grill, der auf den Bildern nicht gleich erkennbar ist.
    Die Gastgeber Familie, die ebenfalls wenige hundert Meter entfernt auf der Insel wohnt, ist sehr sympathisch und äußerst hilfsbereit.”

    “Ein schönes modernes Haus mit einer schönen Terrasse und einen sehr schönen Rundumbalkon mit Sonne liegen. Als Tipp: nimm ein paar Duschhandtücher zusätzlich mit (für zwei Wochen und sechs Personen zu wenig). Zu beachten wäre, dass man nicht alle üblichen Elektrogeräte einstecken darf (Energiesparhaus), den Vermieter vorher fragen, ansonsten Stromausfall im ganzen Haus. Der Vermieter und seine Familie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Eingefriedet ist das Haus nicht wirklich (Mauer teilweise ums Haus), sprich Kinder und Hund kann man nicht ohne Aufsicht lassen. Der Hausstrand hat uns gut gefallen, aber für Kleinkinder, Gehbinderte und Hunde nicht so ideal. Weg dorthin über steinigen Trampelpfad und Felsenküste.Wir benutzten hauptsächlich den Strand in der Hafennähe (eben für Hund Kleinkinder und ältere Menschen geeignet). Der Bäckerwagen ist ca. 800 Meter (am Hafen) entfernt. Vorbestellung dort möglich, es kann sein dass er um 9:00 Uhr ausverkauft ist.”

    “Wunderschönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Drei wunderschöne Terrassen,mit Meerblick und auf zwei der Terrassen mit Blick zum Sternenhimmel. Leider ist das Meer nicht so schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr , sehr nette Vermieter die stets um unsere Wünsche bemüht waren.
    Empfehle ich sehr gerne weiter.”
