Cosy holiday house with a park-like site
This detached holiday house is on a quiet residential estate in Waldbröl in the Bergisches Land. The house was built in 1967 and was last renovated in 2015. The style of the 1960s has been carefully preserved, sensitively modernized and newly furnished.
The house of around 75m² has a cosy living and dining room with plenty of seating, satellite TV with a DVD player, a stereo system with a USB port, a dining table for up to four people and an original Danish fireplace stove, exuding cosiness on cold days. The first bedroom is furnished with two comfortable single beds (90cm wide), the second with a French bed (140cm wide). The completely newly fitted kitchen was installed in 2015 and has an oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Fitness equipment, board games, a dryer and a washing machine are available. There is heating in all the rooms. There is no Internet connection.
In summer, the large park-like and fully fenced site offers a range of leisure options. There is an inviting and partially roofed sitting area by the house with high-quality wooden furniture, a foldable sun sail, a charcoal grill and an outdoor fireplace. The living room opens onto a little balcony. You can end the day with a sociable grill evening or enjoy a glass of wine on the cosy balcony. There are two car parking spaces. Pets are allowed on request.
