This modern holiday villa enjoys a romantic location nestled into the foothills of the dramatic Biokovo mountains on one side and the long Adriatic coast on the other side. Here in Bast, a little outside of the picturesque little harbour town of Baska Voda in the sunny south of Croatia, this is ideal holiday accommodation for those who love the sea, mountains or nature in general and would like to enjoy a relaxing holiday far away from tourist noise.Newly built (2004), enclosed holiday villa with a 360° panoramic view over the mountains and the sea from the private infinity pool, with a separate whirlpool and a sunny terrace with a grill area
The generous holiday villa was newly built in 2004 and provided with modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning (cooling and heating) and wireless Internet access in all rooms. It provides 200m² of living space spread over three floors, comprising an open living and dining room with an integrated kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The living room provides two comfortable sofas, a wide flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver and a dining table with eight chairs. The built-in kitchen next to it in a rustic country style is equipped with the latest appliances: dishwasher, four-zone electric stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. All three bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. One of the sofas in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed (140 x 200cm) for two children. One of the three bathrooms has a bath with a shower attachment, a hairdryer and even your own washing machine, the other two have a shower cubicle. All are fitted with a washbasin with a wall mirror and a toilet. There is a safe for storing your valuables and plenty of bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
All the bedrooms provide direct access to a private balcony with garden furniture and a panoramic view. However, you do not have to go out on to the balconies to see the blue sea, which you can admire from your bed as soon as you wake up. When you are swimming a few rounds down in the private infinity pool, you feel as if you are floating right over the Adriatic. After that you can relax in the whirlpool with a view over the Biokovo mountains. You can spend leisurely holiday evenings at sunset around the grill area on the terrace. It is recommended to arrive by car, which you can park securely in the private garage.

It is the same distance to the beautiful little coastal town Baska Voda with all everyday amenities: ATMs, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The nearest cafés and shops are in Bast, only about 500 metres away.
